
Shipping Policy
1. Overview
At Thanga Parvath Jewellers / DHAN DIGI GOLD, customers can purchase digital gold and digital silver through our platform. Physical shipping is applicable only when a customer chooses to redeem their digital balance into eligible physical products such as coins, bars, or other available items.
Digital gold and digital silver purchases are not shipped physically at the time of purchase. They are securely held in digital form until redeemed, sold, or otherwise used as per platform terms.
2. Applicability of Shipping
Shipping applies only in the following cases:
- redemption of digital gold into physical gold products
- redemption of digital silver into physical silver products
- purchase of eligible physical products listed on our platform
Shipping does not apply to:
- purchase of digital gold
- purchase of digital silver
- wallet balances
- savings plans or digital holdings unless redeemed into physical form
3. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship physical redemption orders and eligible physical products only to serviceable addresses within India, subject to verification, logistics availability, and local delivery access.
We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain PIN codes, remote areas, restricted zones, or locations not supported by our logistics partners.
4. Order Processing Time
Once a redemption request or physical product order is successfully placed, the order will be processed subject to:
- successful payment confirmation
- KYC and account verification, where applicable
- product availability
- internal quality and packing checks
- address validation
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the platform.
5. Delivery Timeline
After processing, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, product type, and operational conditions.
Estimated delivery timelines are usually:
- Metro and major cities: 3 to 7 business days
- Other locations: 5 to 10 business days
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, regulatory or transport restrictions, high demand periods, or security handling requirements for precious metal shipments.
These timelines are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of redemption or checkout.
Additional charges may apply for insured shipping, premium packaging, remote-area delivery, or special handling of high-value orders.
Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be communicated before order confirmation.
7. Packaging and Security
All eligible physical orders are packed using secure handling procedures suitable for precious metal products. Depending on the order type and value, shipments may include tamper-evident packaging, insured transit, and secured delivery handling.
Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including full name, mobile number, complete delivery address, PIN code, and any landmark details if needed.
The name on the order, account, and KYC documents may be required to match for successful fulfillment of certain orders.
We will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Our courier/logistics partner may attempt delivery as per their standard process. If delivery fails due to reasons such as the customer being unavailable, incorrect address, invalid contact number, or refusal to accept shipment, the order may be returned to us or held by the logistics partner as per their policy.
In such cases, re-delivery may attract additional charges, and any order cancellation, if allowed, may be subject to deductions.
10. Identity Verification on Delivery
For certain high-value or sensitive orders, customers may be asked to provide identity proof or OTP verification at the time of delivery.
Failure to complete required verification may result in non-delivery or return of the shipment.
11. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Package
If the delivered package appears damaged, tampered with, or open, the customer should refuse delivery where possible, or report the issue to us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, customers should share clear photos of the outer package, an unboxing video if available, and invoice/order details.
Claims reported after an unreasonable delay may not be eligible for review.
12. Loss in Transit
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the logistics partner, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in line with internal policy, courier confirmation, and insurance terms if applicable.
13. Cancellation After Redemption or Shipment
Once a digital gold or silver redemption request has been processed into a physical order, cancellation may not be allowed. If permitted in exceptional cases, making charges, processing charges, shipping charges, and market-linked pricing adjustments may be deducted.
14. Delivery Acceptance
Once the shipment is marked as delivered by the logistics partner to the address provided by the customer, it shall be treated as successfully fulfilled, unless a valid complaint is raised within the required time.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier network failure.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
